Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Turbiko ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you use any game published by Turbiko (each a "Game") on the Amazon Appstore. It is a single policy for all of our Games.
1. The short version
- Our Games do not collect, store on our servers, send or share any personal data. We never sell data.
- No ads of any kind.
- No in-app purchases.
- No accounts, no sign up and no email collection.
- No analytics, no tracking and no crash reporting services.
- The Games work offline.
2. Data stored on your device
Game progress such as finished levels, best times, scores, unlocked vehicles and sound settings is saved only on your device in the Game's private storage. We run no game servers and we cannot see this data. Uninstalling the Game deletes it.
3. No ads, no purchases, no tracking
Our Games show no advertising and contain no advertising SDKs. They offer no in-app purchases. They contain no analytics and no third party tracking. They have no chat, no social features and no way for players to share personal information with other people.
4. Amazon DRM license check
Our Games use the Amazon Appstore SDK to confirm that the Game was obtained from the Amazon Appstore (a DRM license check). This check only talks to the Amazon Appstore app on your device and is handled by Amazon under Amazon's own terms and privacy notice. We do not receive your name, your Amazon account details or any other personal information from this check.
5. Permissions
Our Games request no special permissions. They do not access your contacts, photos, camera, microphone or location.
6. Children's privacy
Our Games are suitable for all ages, including children. Because the Games do not collect any personal information, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your country). There are no ads, no purchases, no accounts and no links that let a child share information. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has sent us personal information, for example by email, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
7. Emails you send us
If you write to our support address, we use your email address and message only to answer you, and we delete the conversation when it is no longer needed. We never add you to a mailing list.
8. This website
This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no trackers. Its fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the technical request data (such as IP address) that any web server receives.
9. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
